Simply enter the field’s name and description, and then upload the necessary shapefiles for your plantation, geostatistical data, and internal road networks. With our web-based GIS interface, you have complete control to edit and refine all the geographic information, including road networks, blockages, and stockpile locations. You can also choose an existing forwarder or create a new one to suit your specific needs. Fine-tune your optimization process by customizing the loading percentage for each sub-plot, and select the blocks you want to optimize. Finally, set parameters for pile generation, including margin, maximum height, log length, maximum pile length, minimum distance between piles, distance to the road, and the option to enable double stacking.

In the SIG Visualization section, you can explore the optimized results in a web-based GIS interface. The interface presents various layers, including road stockpiles, field-based pile locations, simulated forwarder stops, extraction paths, plantation rows, alerts, and more. Navigate through the layers to gain valuable insights into the optimization outcomes, such as pile details, volumes, distances, and wood extracted. You also have the option to view the results in full-screen mode for an immersive experience. Additionally, you can download the data in shapefile format, including additional attributes, and access a CSV-formatted table for further analysis. The Data Table section provides a summarized overview of the optimization results, including average distance, maximum distance, number of trips, and the range of average distance. Finally, the Data Blocks section highlights specific block-level data, enabling you to delve deeper into the information for selected areas within your forest field.
